The first World Congress on Mercy is
approaching!
During the last meetings which were held
in Rome between the Cardinal Schönborn,
the executive council, the Vicariat of Rome
and the Cardinal Ruini, an important decision
was made: the Basilica of St John in Latran
seems to be the most adapted and better
localized place for the morning encounters.
The Cardinal-Vicar and the Vicariat have
placed it at the disposal of the Congress free
of charge. We shall therefore be welcomed in
a more spiritual site which will give full sense to the leitmotiv of the Congress.
We shall take into account the organization that was established for the Eucharist
Congress in 2000 which was also held in St John in Latran. We also remember
that the first World Youth Days were held here.
Also to be noted is that:
- there will be a special meeting for accredited national and regional coordinators at Santo spirito in Sassia on Sunday 6th April from 2pm to 4pm.
- the programs for the mornings and afternoons have also been
precised: you will find them in the PDF format.
